Many customes travel from further afield to see our fine collections and it is not uncommon for people to make a day trip to Rhyl and our shop from Manchester, Liverpool, Crewe and Birmingham. For long distant customers we can offer a photo image service via email with telephone advice as well as the information found on this website.

Traditional Service

Roberts of Rhyl is a traditional service company who does not offer on-line ordering. Orders can be placed by telephone, phone or fax during opening hours.

If you are a member of our Collectors or Christmas Clubs please put this on the order form or let us know it when you telephone so that we can quickly find your details.

One order receipt we will send you an acknowledgement. If you need the gift by a certain date please let us know and we will do all we can to make sure it gets to you for then. International shipments can be arranged.

Payment and Orders - How to Buy Your Gifts

Roberts of Rhyl accepts most major credit cards and cheques with a guarantee card or cash are always welcome.

Roberts of Rhyl honours collector's club discounts - for example for Moorcroft Pottery - on selected pieces to members with a valid club card.
